Militants shell Ukrainian positions eight times, two servicemen injured

The enemy didn’t use Minsk-banned weapons over day

On October 26, the militants shelled the Ukrainian forces' positions eight times, due to which two Ukrainian servicemen were injured. The press office of the Joint Forces Operation reported this on Facebook. 

The enemy conducted shelling of our positions in the areas of Krymske, Avdiivka, Taramchuk, Krasnohorivka, Pavlopol, Vodyane and Hnutove. The enemy used grenade launchers of different systems, heavy machine guns, and small arms. The enemy shelled the position of the Joint Forces near Avdiivka two times.

Two servicemen of the Joint Forces got injured durign the hostiities,’ reads the message. 

According to the reconnaissance, one militant was killed, and seven more were injured. From the beginning of the day, the enemy hasn’t performed any shelling.

Reportedly, on October 25, the militants shelled the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Donbas 17 times. One of the Ukrainian servicemen sustained injuries during the hostilities. Today, the Ministry of Defense claimed that the injured soldier is provided with a necessary medical aid in the military hospital.
