The vehicle of OSCE Special Monitoring Mission exploded on the occupied territory of Luhansk region in Donbas. This was reported by the information source of the so-called "LPR".
Militants claim that there are victims among OSCE workers.
Russian Interfax referring to the sources in the so-called "LPR" reports that OSCE vehicle hit a landmine near Luhansk.
"According to preliminary data, the car with OSCE monitors got blown up by the roadside bomb in Pryshyb village of Slavyanoserbsky raion. There are victims," agency’s interlocutor said.
