The militants do not allow observers of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Zolote settlement in Donbas. This was stated during the briefing, which was broadcasted be the channel "112 Ukraine", by the Ministry of Defence Speaker on ATO issues Andriy Lysenko.

"Gunmen boldly violate the provisional agreement on the dilution of forces in the area of Zolote. According to the Special OSCE monitoring mission, gangs do not allow observers to the area and installed the concrete blocks on the road from Pervomaisk to Zolote, which is a direct violation of the Minsk and political agreements, and the mission's mandate, which implies access to any part of the territory along the contact line ", - he said.
