As it was reported earlier Ukraine insists on withdrawal of Russian troops from Donbas, according to Ukraine's Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin. The process of creating such a mandate of UN peacekeeping mission can take at least six months.
Klimkin said that the mandate of the UN peacekeeping mission in Donbas should cover the entire territory of the occupied territory and an uncontrolled section of the Ukrainian-Russian border, "otherwise it will be an ineffective element by definition."
