In Donetsk area, militants opened fire three times. Near Pavlopil, pro-Russian militants used 82 mm caliber mortars and grenade launchers of various systems. As we reported before, as trial in the MH17 case carries on, the council chamber of the District Court of The Hague ruled that the judges in this case will have the right to consider anonymous testimony from 12 witnesses.
According to the news agency, the Dutch judicial authority "made the ruling Thursday in an appeal lodged by lawyers for one of the suspects, Russian Oleg Pulatov, who along with the other three suspects hasn’t appeared for trial". The defendant claims he is innocent and hired a team of lawyers to help him while standing before trial.
