The OSCE emphasized that SMM needs freedom of movement

The Russia-backed militants of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) detained the driver and the truck with equipment for the camera of the OSCE SMM for more than seven hours in Donbas. The OSCE SMM reported this at Twitter.

‘The truck with equipment for OSCE camera drove through Olenivka after 7.5 hours detention by DPR Militants. It is the violation of the Minsk Agreements and OSCE mandate’, the message reported.

OSCE need the full access for work performance. The sides should protect the freedom of movement of SMM’, the organization emphasized.
