In Donbas, the militants block the work of the checkpoints and return the citizens back to the side of the demarcation line controlled by Ukraine as the Ukrainian delegation to the Trilateral Contact Group reported on Facebook.

“The Russian side blocks the work and returns the citizens to the side of the demarcation line controlled by Ukraine,” the message said.

Besides, the Ukrainian delegation published the photo of the Ukrainian citizens 'who were returned by the Russian side', adding that they walked almost 3 km with belongings.

As we reported, the partakers of the consultations at the Trilateral Contact Group agreed about the date of opening of two checkpoints – Zolote and Shchastya – on November 10.

However, the authorities of occupied districts of Luhansk and Donetsk regions stated that they would not open all entry-exit checkpoints in Donbas on November 10.
