Earlier, the militants attacked and destroyed a vehicle of an NGO Christian Rescue Service with humanitarian assistance for civilians and military servicemen.
It should be noted that with the beginning of the Joint Forces Operation in Donbas three regimes of the presence in a security zone of Donetsk and Luhansk regions were set:
- Green zone – presence and movement of people is not limited except the areas of banned or restricted access;
- Yellow zone – presence and movement of people in a security zone is carried out in presence of the identification documents. Besides, the civilians undertake a personal inspection, as well as the property, vehicles and other belongings are inspected. The regime is set at the isolation border and areas of restrictive access;
- Red zone – the presence of the individuals is temporarily limited (banned). The admission of citizens and officials is carried out with the presence of a checkpoint set by the Joint Force Commander. Moving of vehicles and pedestrians on the streets and roads is restricted (banned). The vehicles and civilians do not have access to the separated objects and areas.
