The citizen of Ukraine was detained by the order of the Chief Military Prosecutor's Office and the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine in Luhansk region. He is suspected in the holding of the combat actions against the detachments of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in 2014 when he occupied the position of the leader of the illegal military formation 'Rym' as the press service of Prosecutor General's Office reported.
