A man attempting to cross the administrative border out of checkpoint area was detained in temporarily occupied Crimea as Oleg Slodobyan, the Assistant Head of the State Border Guard Service reported on Facebook.
It is noted that a 27-year-old man actively participated in the combat actions against Armed Forces of Ukraine as the member of Zaria battalion of the illegal armed formation under the code name “Kosa” in 2014.
It was specified that the militant was wounded and was awarded fake honors.
“Earlier a man was in the territory of the Russian Federation; he was lured on the pretext of the employment for supposedly not difficult work. It is the typical scheme of the attraction by the special service of Russia to the illegal armed formations. But it did not work with employment,” the message said.
More detailed information about a militant will be announced later.
As we reported Ukrainian servicemen in Donbas captured one militant of the illegal armed formations.
