The self-proclaimed "Luhansk People's Republic" accuses the Ukrainian side in disrupting the process of forces disengagement near the Stanytsia Luhanska settlement. The corresponding statement was made by the head of the so-called people's militia of LNR  Oleg Anashchenko, according to Luhansk informational center.

"At the moment our units of people's militia have demonstrated their readiness to redeploy manpower and resources. We also in the presence of the safety subgroup of Joint center for control the Russian side did not make any action in order to confirm their willingness to redeploy ", - said Anashchenko.

As reported earlier, Donetsk militants announced completion of first phase of troops’ withdrawal.

At the same time, the headquarters of the anti-terrorist operation claim that despite the signed Framework Agreement on withdrawal of forces and weapons in the Donbas region, the Ukrainian military record daily attacks by Russia-backed militants on Petrivske and Stanytsia Luhanska.
