The Lithuanian government announced the plan to fund the reconstruction of school No.2 in Avdiivka, the frontline town in Donetsk region. Violetta Motulaite, the director of the department for cooperation development of Lithuanian Foreign Ministry said so, cited by the press office of Donetsk regional state administration.
According to the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry's official, the government is ready to allocate 1,000,000 Euros for the purchase and installation of the kitchen, dining room and the playground.
In general, repair works in the school building is expected to cost about 63,000,000 Ukrainian hryvnas.
On July 1, Russian occupants attacked Avdiivka's residential quarters; no casualties were reported.
