Lithuania allocates € 40 000 for medicines to Avdiivka

Lithuania has provided 40 thousand euros to the Red Cross for the purchase of medicines for the residents of Avdiivka. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Linas Linkyavichus stated this at a briefing in Kramatorsk.

"Today we announced that we transferred 40 thousand euros to the Red Cross to the medicine for Avdiivka. We allocated another 40 000 euros for buying building materials and generators to Avdiivka, which, we suppose, are one of the most important things now", Linkyavichus said.

Recall, the Head of the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry visited Avdiivka today, which a week ago was exposed to severe shelling and was on the verge of a humanitarian catastrophe.
