"Leaders" of the so-called "Donetsk People’s Republic" and "Luhansk People’s Republic" Denys Pushylin and Leonid Pasichnyk signed an agreement on the creation of a "single customs territory." This was announced by the representative of the "LPR" group in the TCG Rodion Miroshnyk in his Telegram channel.

Now in the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions the "legislation", similar to the legislation of the Russian Federation will operate. Prior to that, "customs authorities" worked on the administrative border in the uncontrolled part of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

Meanwhile, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) observes the massive illegal issuance of Russian passports in the temporarily occupied Donbas. According to the press office of the SBU, the local "government" of Donetsk and Luhansk "people's republics" is doing this to make sure that Ukrainians participate in the Russian parliamentary election campaign.

"The organizers act in the breach of norms of international law and deprive "the new citizens" of social guarantees," reads the message.
