Ihor Plotnytsky, the Head of the pro-Russian militants of the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) and his entourage escaped from occupied Luhansk to Russia as Novaya Gazeta reported.

It is noted that the Head of Plotnytsky's Administration, head of the State TV and Radio Broadcasting Company of the LPR and the number of other officials were in the motorcade with Plotnytsky.

'The government buildings are still blocked off by the armed people. Supposedly, there are the worker of the LPR's Interior Ministry and Ministry of State Security of Donetsk People's Republic', the message said.

The particular Russian mass media reported on the escape of Plotnytsky on November 21. The video with the militants' leader where he holds the working meetings and communicates with the journalists was published on November 22. He claimed that he did not leave the territory of occupied Luhansk and the actions that take place in LPR are the attempt of the take-over.

The open conflict between two militants' grouping headed by Plotnytsky and Ihor Kornet, Interior Minister of LPR takes place for three days. Armed people in the uniform and armored infantry vehicles are place in the downtown of occupied Luhansk due to this. According to the mass media, the building of the Prosecutor's Office of LPR was invaded by the people under control of Kornet and all workers of the office were arrested.
