The lawyer of Ukrainian political prisoner Pavlo Gryb, who is illegally kept in Russian prison, Maryna Dubrovina was not allowed to visit him three times. Gryb’s lawyer reported this to MBK.news.
“I was not allowed to him, I came three times, had been waiting for the whole days, but unsuccessfully, they said that everything occupied and they cannot let me in,” Dubrovina said.
According to the lawyer, Gryb does not receive the medical treatment he needs.
The defense party added that she applied to Russia's Commissioner for Human Rights Tatyana Moskalkova, although there was no response.
Dubrovina earlier stated that Ukrainian prisoner suffers from chronical diseases, which are portal hypertension, ulcers of the stomach and duodenum.
Currently, Pavlo Gryb is being hold in the prison number 4 in Rostov-on-Don.
The young man was captured by the Russian special service in Belarus in August 2017. The Russian prosecutors charged him with preparing a terrorist attack in Sochi. The Ukrainian suffers from several serious diseases, inlcuding heart and lives issues, as well as the Alzheimer's disease.
