The explosive device that wrecked the OSCE car in Luhansk region could have been supplied to pro-Kremlin militants from Russia. Oleksandr Tkachuk, the spokesman of Ukraine’s Security Service reported that in his commentary for 112 Ukraine TV channel.

The Ukrainian law enforcement agency continues to cooperate with OSCE experts to sort out all the relevant circumstances and find the responsible for this act of aggression.

The OSCE vehicle was badly damaged by an explosive device, presumably landmine, near Pryshyb village, Luhansk region, on April 23. A U.S. member of the mission, the medical officer, was killed, another two of his colleagues were wounded.
