There’s a chance that heads of member countries of the Normandy Four will gather for another round of negotiations - in the near future. Dmitriy Peskov, the press secretary of Russian leader Vladimir Putin said that in Moscow on Friday.
‘We can’t rule that out,’ Peskov said.
On April 6, the meeting of the Normandy Four’s diplomatic counselors took place in Minsk. The four counselors condemned the violation of the ceasefire, offered by the parties on April 1, and urged Russia to de-block the process of release of the hostages in Donbas – especially, considering the approach of the Easter.
