According to the Finnish diplomat, the goals that are set in the Minsk deal are still achievable. He expressed concern that the international community still needs to urge both sides to set a true ceasefire in Donbas – even despite the fact that the deadline of completion of Minsk agreements passed six months ago (Radio Liberty).
‘Minsk agreements remain the best way for Ukraine and the entire region to move forward. Despite numerous delays in this regard, the goals that were set by this agreements are still achievable.
