Headquarters of the Joint Forces Operation does not confirm information about the capture of the Ukrainian soldier, as Liga.net reported

The press service found the information about the capture of the Ukrainian soldier, who was caught near Zolote city in Luhansk region false. Despite the fact that such information from the side of the Ukrainian soldiers was not received, it is still checked.

“I think that it is fake but we specify it,” the officer of the headquarters said.

As we reported, representative of “Luhansk People’s Republic” Andrey Marochko stated that the militants captured Ukrainian soldier, who supposedly tried to enter occupied territory of Zolote city as a member of the group consisted of ten people.

The occupants stated that the militants shelled them and the “saboteurs” retreated. As a result of the attack, one Ukrainian soldier became disoriented due to the concussion and was captured by the militants.

As we reported earlier, Ukrainian soldiers eliminated the enemy’s snipers in the Joint Forces Operation zone.
