Illegal Armed Forces of ORDLO continue to restrict the freedom of movement of OSCE observers and create a threat to their work. This is reported by the Ukrainian side of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination, said on the page of the headquarters in Facebook.

"Since early 2018, the OSCE SMM continues to register cases of threats, restrictions on access to military facilities and freedom of movement of its patrols on the territory temporarily uncontrolled by the government of Ukraine," the report said.

It is noted that at the same time "populists from the ORDO / ORLO simulate activities", having issued the second "order" for the last 6 months on prohibiting the unjustified restriction of the freedom of movement for OSCE observers.

"The special impudence is the fact that after the publication of the previous" order "at the end of August 2017, the number of these restrictions not only did not diminish, but even increased: for example, during the first month of its" action ", the OSCE SMM reported 46 cases of such violations," emphasize in the JCCC.

The Ukrainian side of JCCC notes that this indicates the populist nature of the published "orders" and the lack of interest of "the leaders of quasi-state entities and their Russian curators" in monitoring of the implementation of the Minsk agreements by the militants and compliance with the ceasefire in eastern Ukraine.
