The Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) accepted the appeal of 'Vodafone-Ukraine' Company on the access to the damaged cable in occupied territories of Donbas. Viktoria Ruban, the Head of Operator Detachment for Public Relations of Vodafone claimed this as Radio Liberty reported.

'Literally, the JCCC informed us a few hours ago that our application is under the consideration. This situation can be solved if we are provided with the access to cable at least in the grey zone. if our maintenance crews are provided with more or less safe access, we will be able to repair the cable and it will solve the issue of the connections for the majority of the subscribers', she said.
