The issue of the prisoners release and OSCE SMM access to the Donbas Conflict zone were discussed. The speaker of the representative of Ukraine in Trileral Contact Group Leonid Kuchma Darka Olifer reported this at Facebook.
'The SMM patrol faced the aggression and threatens at the territory of occupied Donbas. The guilty in the death of the OSCE observer in April 2017 remains to be unpunished. We insist on the SMM access to the whole territory of occupied Donbas, particularly to the whole line of the Ukrainian-Russian border. We praise the denial of access and violence towards OSCE SMM as the purposeful efforts to make SMM to stop its activity in occupied Donbas', she wrote.
According to Olifer, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Valeriya Lutkovska took part in the meeting of the humanitarian subgroup. The work of the agreement on the prisoners' exchange list occurs at this subgroup.
'The Ukrainian side provided the information about people involved to the crimes and who are not related to the Donbas Conflict. There is the agreement that these people will not be included to the lists that are requested by the authorities of occupied Donbas', Olifer noted.
Moreover, Ukraine received the official confirmation that Luhansk People's Republic detained 70 of 132 people that Ukraine demands to release.
