International organizations ready to discuss humanitarian operations in Donbas

Due to Russia’s exit from the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination Centre for Donbas conflict, international organizations expressed the initiative to took upon themselves part of negotiations about humanitarian operations in Donbas. Vadym Chernysh, Ukraine’s minister for temporarily occupied areas told that to Interfax-Ukraine news agency.

‘We held a number of consultations with international humanitarian organizations; they are ready to take responsibility for part of communication since the Ukrainian side cannot communicate those from the militant-held areas’, he said.
