International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has sent nine trucks with humanitarian aid to the uncontrolled territory of Donbas, as the press office of Ukraine’s Border Guard Service reported.
“Nine trucks with humanitarian aid from the International Committee of the Red Cross were sent to Novotroitske checkpoint to the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. The vehicles transport nutrition, office supplies and building materials and equipment weighing 140 tons for residents on Donetsk and Luhansk regions,” the border guards reported.
It was noted that all the checkpoints on the contact line in the Joint Forces Operation zone work in normal mode. 47,100 people and 5,200 vehicles passed through the checkpoints.
Earlier, the representatives of the illegal armed formations did not let three trucks carrying humanitarian aid from the International Committee of the Red Cross occupied Donbas.
