Hnutove checkpoint started operating again after being attacked by the militants before, as Ukraine’s Border Guard Service press-office reported.
“Yesterday at around 9:00 the officers of Donetsk border detachment had to suspend checkpoint operations in Hnutove checkpoint. This is related to the fact that the militants have attacked the checkpoint from the anti-tank guided missiles twice (at 9:10 and 9:50) on the occupied territory…Today Hnutove checkpoint operates as usual,” the message says.
Besides, the representatives of the Service reminded that there were no injured among border guards and civilians as a result of the attack.
As it was reported, people were evacuated in time.
In total, 28,900 people and 4,100 vehicles crossed the checkpoints over the past 24 hours.
