Self-proclaimed republic considers the incident an act of terror

Oleg Anaschenko, the Head of “LPR Police department”, was killed as a result of off-road vehicle explosion in Luhansk. This was reported on the website of the self-proclaimed republic’s “Luhansk information center”.

“Colonel Oleg Anaschenko, the head of police department of Luhansk People’s Republic, was killed in vehicle explosion in Luhansk, according to the press-service of the national police,” the message says.

According to the message, the explosion of the vehicle carrying Anaschenko occurred today morning.

“National police of LPR” called the explosion a terrorist act, adding that the car was carrying another person, who was also killed.
