Russia-backed militants apparently keep 122 mm Grad missile launchers in the area of Donetsk central railway station. OSCE observers mentioned that in their report released on May 4.
‘On 3 May, positioned at the “DPR”-controlled Donetsk central railway station (6km north-west of Donetsk city centre), the SMM heard four explosions – and saw four plumes of smoke – assessed as impacts of multiple-launch rocket system (MLRS) (type undetermined) rounds 3-4km north,’ the message reads.
Overall, the OSCE SMM reports a small decrease in the combat activity compared to that of the last week – in both Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
