"Minsk will host a regular meeting of the trilateral contact group and all 4 working subgroups on Wednesday, February 15. This meeting will be the second anniversary of the signing of the Minsk agreements. I think that all should know that the Minsk Agreements played a key role for Ukraine. Despite many people criticize them now, Minsk Agreements managed to stop a full-scale offensive against Ukraine and managed to stop the execution of Ukrainian soldiers. During this period the Ukrainian army managed to form and strengthen its position", said Gerashchenko.
