The Head of Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ruslan Khomchak, said that the threat of military aggression by Russia was not among the first. Khomchak told about this in an interview with the Ukrinform newspaper.

According to him, military aggression on the part of Russia is not among the first threats but is on the list of "extreme" options.

"In my opinion, and based on what the General Staff is analyzing, we have come to the conclusion that Russia's open military aggression is not among the first threats, but it is on the list of "extreme" options, although it is the most remote," Khomchak said.

The chief of the general staff also noted that Ukraine faces many threats, and not all of them are in the military sphere.

As we reported, Russia does not need Crimea as a place for spending vacations, but as a Russian base, which should intimidate all of Europe and North Africa and give Russia the opportunity to dominate the Mediterranean Sea already.
