Four Ukrainian warriors wounded in Donbas over 24 hours

Over the last 24 hours, Russian occupants attacked Ukrainian positions ten times. Four servicemen of the government troops were wounded in these attacks, as the Joint Forces Operation HQ reports.

The enemy fired Minsk-banned 82 mm mortars, as well as grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms.

In Donetsk region, they openedd fire in Vodyane, Pavlopol, Novohnativka, Novotroitske and Hnutove; in Luhansk region - near Troitske, Krymske and Popasna.

Since midnight, Russian mercenaries have already opened fire once; they used under-barrel grenade launchers and small arms near Vodyane.

The authorities and responsibilities of the Ukrainian Army's General Staff and Commander-in-Chief will be divided by the end of the year. Ihor Kolesnyk, First Deputy Chief of the General Staff said this as quoted by ArmiaInform.

The officer explained that due to the division of authority, Commander-in-Chief will be the one to give the orders, while the General Staff will be responsible for support and due implementation of these orders.

In his turn, Commander-in-Chief will subordinate to Defense Minister.
