Five Ukrainian soldiers wounded in action in Donbas

Since Tuesday morning, pro-Kremlin armed gangs landed 24 attacks on the emplacements of the Ukrainian military in Donbas; that included the use of Minsk-banned weaponry. The press service of the Joint Forces Operation HQ reported this on Facebook. 

The skirmishes took place in the areas of Stanytsia Luhanska, Krymske, Zolote, Katerynivka, Novoluhanske, Zaitsevo, Pisky, Taramchuk, Hnutove, Vodyane, Lebedynske and Shyrokyne. 

The enemy used grenade launchers, heavy machineguns and small arms. On one occasion, 82 mm mines hit the vicinities of Hnutove.

Five Ukrainian servicemen sustained combat injuries in action. The casualties of militants totaled two people dead and six wounded.

Since Wednesday morning, the enemy opened fire near Krymske (Luhansk region), using grenade launchers and small arms. No heavy weaponry use was observed.
