The so-called “Internal Ministry of Donetsk People’s Republic” refused to issue “citizenship” to one of the founders of the grouping Andrey Purgin as Gazeta.ru reported.

Andrey Purgin occupied the post of “Chairman of People’s Council of Republic” in 2015 and stated that he got the refusal for the issuance of “DPR” passport. His wife also got the refusal; however, she lives in the territory occupied by the militants and pays taxes.

“My story with passport came to the end. I got the refusal for life, basic right of person,” Purgin wrote.

Earlier Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) intercepted the telephone call between Andrey Purgin, the former Chairman of the People's Soviet of the unrecognized “Donetsk People's Republic”, and Tatiana Dvoryadkina, the deputy of “DPR’s People’s Soviet”, confirming the fact that rebels attack the positions of Ukrainian Armed Forces from the residential areas of the occupied Donetsk.

Earlier armed formations of the Russian Federation and pro-Kremlin mercenaries have been spreading the fake pieces of information so as to discredit the Ukrainian armed forces in Donbas.
