Head of the Administration of the President of Russia Dmitry Kozak accused Ukraine of imitating the military threat in Donbas. This was reported by TASS agency.

"Kyiv's PR actions are accompanied by imitation of hostilities. Kyiv's new political team is experiencing a catastrophic drop in Zelensky's rating. This is their standard recipe," he said.

Kozak also believes that the partners in the Normandy format are delaying the negotiation process.

In addition, according to him, Kyiv does not want to return Donbas to Ukraine.

Earlier, it was reported that Zelensky was on a working trip to Donbas.
