Eight suspects detained for cooperation with Donetsk People's Republic

Soldiers of the National Guard from the Joint Forces detained eight suspects for cooperation with Donetsk People's Republic, according to the post of JFO on the Facebook page. 

Detention took place at mobile and fixed checkpoints near Mariupol and Blahodatne village in Donetsk sector. 

All detainees were listed in the database of the National Police as individuals who are suspected in the cooperation with Donetsk People's Republic.

As of now, the detainees are referred to the National Police for the creation of illegal paramilitary or armed formations. 

Reportedly, Druzhkivka (Donetsk region) police detained a 44-Year-old resident as a suspect in participation in the illegal armed formations.

The police reported that after the Ukrainian forces released the city, he moved out of it and was hiding in his partner’s house in Toretsk.

The man was detained and taken to Druzhkivka Police Office to conduct the necessary investigation. A criminal proceeding was opened under the article on the creation of armed groups not provided by the law and participation in them. He faces 10-15 years of imprisonment.
