The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) worked out the decree on the return of the state sovereignty over the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The introduction of it in the Verkhovna Rada is planned in September after the consultations with strategic partners of Ukraine. The Secretary of NSDC Oleksandr Turchynov reported this art briefing that was broadcasted by 112 Ukraine.

'The draft law is ready but we have the president's mission to hold the consultations with our strategic partners. First of all, it is the members of Normandy Format Germany, France, the USA and the partners of NATO. I hope that after the consultations this draft law will be introduced in the Verkhovna Rada in September', he noted.

Turchynov emphasized that it is technologically impossible to consider this draft law this week.

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko reported on the work out of the draft law on the reintegration of the occupied Donbas. According to him, this document is based on the Minsk Agreement.

The Russian mass media reported on the details of the draft law, citing the sources from the Verkhovna Rada. According to Kommersant, the plan of the reintegration provides the stop of the anti-terroristic operation and imposing of the martial law.
