Donetsk militants are ready to exchange hostages only on all-for-all basis

Self-proclaimed Donetsk Republic militants state that the prisoner exchange will only take place on all-for-all basis, which is implied by the Minsk Agreements. It is reported by TASS with reference to the words of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Donetsk region Daria Morozova.

"We are ready to make an exchange of prisoners in the format, which is registered in the complex for the implementation of the Minsk agreements, namely, according to the all for all procedure", Morozova said.

Yesterday, on November 2, the head of the SBU Vasyl Hrytsak said Ukraine is ready to exchange one hostage for three.

He also said that today there are 109 Ukrainians held in captivity, State’s government knows about the location of only 57 people. Militants admitted they have only 47 hostages in Minsk, another 494 are still considered missing.
