Russia-backed militants have been using the weaponry, which is strictly banned by Minsk agreements. That includes 122 mm Grad missile launchers and self-propelled artillery systems. Pavlo Zhebrivsky, the governor of Donetsk region, said this in the commentary for 112 Ukraine TV channel.

‘122 mm and 152 mm artillery, tanks, self-propelled artillery, Grad missile launchers – all these weapons were used over the past 24 hours. About 40 attacks have taken place. The Russian mercenaries have been constantly firing these weapons,’ Zhebrivsky said.
