During the inspection of Donetsk Water Filtration Station the OSCE mission has spotted four impact sites, assessed by SMM as having been caused by 82 mm mortar rounds. Three of them were inside and one outside the plant. The aerial imagery also showed damage to the southern edge of the roof of the Chlorine Storage building, according to the OSCE report on the official website.

It is also noted that the Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) used the UAV as patrol was unable to access the station due to a lack of security guarantees and the possible presence of mines.

The UAV also spotted one bus and three civilian cars moving away from the gate of the station.

As it was reported earlier, an unscheduled video conference of Trilateral contact group with the participation of OSCE SMM, Joint Centre of Coordination and Control and ORDLO representatives took place. They discussed the damage of Donetsk filter station as  thousands of people were left without water. Trilateral Contact Group also urged ORDLO representatives to ensure quiet mode for carrying out repair works.
