Over the last 24 hours, Russian-backed militaries violated the set truce 23 times in Donbas hostilities area. Ukrainian servicemen were not wounded during military operations. The HQ of the Joint Forces reported that on its Facebook.
"The illegal armed formations of the Russian Federation and its mercenaries violated the ceasefire 23 times on September 28. There were no victims among the members of Ukraine's Armed Forces as a result of the shellings," said in the message.
The enemy attacked the positions of Ukrainian fighters 11 times in Donetsk region. The invaders shelled Marinka three times using grenade launchers of various systems and small arms. Lebedynske and Pavlopil were shelled twice with rocket-propelled grenade launchers and small arms. The enemy attacked Vodiane twice with grenade launchers of different systems. The members of illegal military formation opened fire in the direction of Novotroitske and Novohnativka using automatic grenade launchers and small arms.
Russian-backed occupants shelled the positions of Ukrainian soldiers in the Luhansk region 12 times.
Particularly, the enemy attacked Nvoluhanske 6 times with 82 mm ammunition, grenade launchers of different systems and small arms. The same weaponry and 120 mm mortars were used to shell Novhorodske twice. The invaders attacked Troitske and Novotoshkivske using 82 and 120 mm mortar shells and small arms. Pro-Russian mercenaries opened fire in Kodrashevska station and Luhanske with 82 mm mortar shells and small arms.
"Since the beginning of the day, the armed formations of the Russian Federation and its mercenaries have violated the set ceasefire three times. During the current day, no casualties have been reported in the result of the attacks," the HQ says.
The enemy shelled the position of Ukraine's Army twice in Donetsk region using the automatic grenade launcher and small arms.
There was one attack done by Russian militaries in the Luhansk region. The invaders shelled the positions of Ukrainians near Mayske with 82 mm mortar shells, hand anti-tank grenade launcher, and small arms.
