On February 5, the illegal armed formations landed six attacks on the outposts of Ukrainian troops in the combat area in Donbas. The press center of the Joint Forces Operation HQ posted that on Facebook.

The enemy opened fire from Minsk-banned weapons three times.

The militants fired 82 mm mines, shelling Khutir Vilny and Opytne. The automatic grenade launchers were used during the attacks on Troitske. In Opytne, the armed mercenaries opened fire from small arms, heavy machine guns and automatic grenade launchers. The same kind of weapon was used in the attack on Pisky.

One Ukrainian serviceman was wounded in action.
