Over the past 24 hours, on July 31, Russian militants attacked Ukrainian positions 36 times; one of the Ukrainian warriors sustained wounds in combat.
According to the HQ of the Joint Forces Operation, the Russian occupant forces opened fire from RPGs, heavy machineguns and small arms; no heavy weaponry use was observed.
The enemy attacked Krymske, Svitlodarsk, Luhanske, Pivdenne, Zaitsevo, Novomykhailivka, Opytne, Krasnohorivka, Avdiivka, Mariinka, Pisky, Lebedynske, Pavlopol, Hnutove, Vodyane and Talakivka.
Since small hours of Wednesday, the enemy attacked Krymske and Mariinka; two hostile fighters deceased, another six were wounded in action, the Ukrainian military intelligence said.
As we reported, the police arrested those involved in the murder of Vitaliy Oleshko, the former fighter of Donbas volunteer battalion. Ruslan Forostyak, the counselor to the head of the local police branch posted this on Facebook.
Later that day, reporter Yuriy Butusov added that a car was stopped near Prymorske village, Zaporizhya region. There were four men inside. 'The killers tried to escape, but they took them in and already identified them. Andriy Madzharov, Vitaliy Oleshko's friend and the witness of the crime identified the murderer.
