Since the beginning of August 25, one ceasefire violation took place in the Luhansk region. Ukraine's Defense Ministry reported that on Tuesday.
At about 8 a.m., the enemy used automatic grenade launcher to shell Ukrainian positions near Vilny farmstead. As it was a provocative attack, government forces abstained from opening fire in return. No casualties were observed.
Ukrainian servicemen continue to abide by full and comprehensive ceasefire mode. At that, they are ready to respond to any action of the adversaries.
On August 24, the ceasefire in Donbas was mostly observed, except for one incident, when the enemy used a drone to drop the VOG-17 rocket-propelled grenade.
Earlier, we reported that Volodymyr Rudyk, a senior lieutenant of the 14th Detached Brigade named after Prince Roman the Great, deceased in Donbas. This was reported by the Brigade's command on Facebook.
