Donbas occupants capture Ukrainian soldier

Group of ten Ukrainian “saboteurs” tried to enter occupied territory near Zolote city

Pro-Russian militants from Luhansk region stated about the capture of a soldier of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, as RIA News reported citing the representatives of the so-called “Luhansk People’s Republic” (LPR).

According to the “official representative of the defense ministry of the self-proclaimed “LPR” Andrey Marochko, a Ukrainian law enforcer tried to enter occupied territory near Zolote city as a member of the group consisted of ten people.

The occupants stated that the militants shelled them and “saboteurs” retreated. As a result of the attack, one Ukrainian soldier became disoriented due to the concussion and was captured by the militants.

Marochko emphasized that Ukrainian law enforcer was provided with the medical service. He did not report whether the soldier sustained serious injuries.

As we reported earlier, Ukrainian soldiers eliminated the enemy’s snipers in the Joint Forces Operation zone.

A minibus with civilians hit a mine in the Donbas conflict zone. Two people died on the spot, three were injured.
