Russia's decision to invade Ukraine is practically "on the table in the Kremlin". Dmytro Kuleba, Ukraine's Foreign Minister said so in his interview with Delfi outlet. Press office of Ukraine's Embassy in Latvia cited the official, too.

"Without a doubt, Russia considers invasion as one of alternative paths. There are no confirmations that the decision about its implementation is already made in Moscow, but this option is actually "on their table". Todau, Ukraine and its partners work to make Russia refuse from the choice to invade. One cannot make it happen with concessions, only with the powerful policy of deterrence", Kuleba said.

He reiterated that a large contingent of Russian troops is stationed on the border with Ukraine.

"So far, we don't see them shaping any strike teams, but there's a large number of Russian soldiers on the border, on the occupied territories of Donbas and Crimea, and a lot of military hardware that is not designed for defensive actions. For instance, we see missile launchers and radio connection jammers among that hardware", Kuleba said.
