From the beginning of the day on July 3, Russian militants violated the ceasefire in Donbas 12 times, while using 122 mm artillery systems, as well as 120 and 82 mm mortars. The press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports that.

In Luhansk region, near Novotoshkivsky district, the militants used 122 mm artillery systems, 120-mm mortars and hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers. Also, 120 mm banned mortars were used near the Pivdenne, Orikhove and Khutir Vilny.

The militants fired at Ukrainian positions from hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers and heavy machine guns near Vodyane, Donetsk region. The same weapons were used near Avdiivka, as well as 82 and 120 mm mortars and small arms. During the shelling of Avdyivka, one of the mines destroyed the country house. The neighboring building also caught fire.

In general, from the beginning of the day, the enemy fired more than 220 mines and shells towards the Ukrainian positions. According to available information, Ukrainian military took no losses due to enemy shelling.
