The pro-Russian militants fired at a funeral bus with the body of the deceased inside. This is reported by the Ukrainian side of the Joint Coordination and Control Center, as quoted by the headquarters of the Joint Forces operation.

"Today at 12:30, a funeral was held in Chermalyk village (northeast of Mariupol). When the body of the deceased was transported to the cemetery, a civilian ritual service bus with stickers "Ritual services" on the sides was attacked. The small arms attack was carried out by the armed forces of the Russian Federation and their mercenaries. At the same time several bullet holes were spotted on the right side of the bus. Fortunately, the bullets did not hit the passengers,” the statement said.

It is noted that after this the militants continued to shoot at the territory of the cemetery for some time. The Ukrainian side of the JCCC condemns the actions of the militants.

Earlier it was reported that in Chemarlyk, militants fired at houses of civilians and the kindergarten building. No one was hurt.
