On July 24, Russian mercenaries violated the ceasefire regime in Donbas six times. The press centre of the HQ of the Joint Forces Operation reported that on Tuesday.
'The occupants opened adjusted fire from IFV armament, RPGs, heavy machineguns and small arms, attacking the Joint Forces positions in the areas of Krymske, Zolote, Pivdenne and Pavlopol', the message says.
There are no casualties among the Ukrainian military, the HQ marked.
Earlier, Ukraine's Defense Ministry said it intended to conduct an early check of the military property, stored at Kharkiv tank factory. The authority reported this, responding to the request from Hromadske news agency.
'The Defense Ministry organized the work on an early stock control of the military property, which is stored on the premises of the state enterprise of Kharkiv tank factory; it will be embedded to units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the respective safekeeping contract will be signed', the authority said in the commentary on the issue.
The Ministry explained that the factory's administration refused to sign the security contract with the Cabinet, which explains the recent incident; as is known, two bloggers infiltrated the factory's premises, putting the unguarded military vehicles on the video record.
