The representatives of Donbas illegal groups unilaterally stopped guarding the front patrol base of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Horlivka on September 24. This is stated in the message of Ukraine’s Army HQ press center of ATO in Facebook.

"These actions are provocative in nature and constitute a grave violation of the mandate of the OSCE SMM. Along with the latest incidents related to the restriction of movement freedom of the mission and shooting of its unmanned aerial vehicles on territory beyond the control of Ukraine’s government, these are the links in one chain that intimidate mission representatives and discourage their effective work on the territory of the occupied Donbas," the statement said.

The Ukraine’s Army headquarters added that the Ukrainian side of the SCCC expresses its concern and condemns the actions of the representatives of the Donbas illegal forces, qualifying them as a violation of the Minsk agreements.
