Donbas: four Ukrainian servicemen wounded over 24 hours

On Monday, 18, four Ukrainian servicemen were wounded as a result of Russian attack in Donbas conflict zone. The Russian militants violated the ceasefire regime seven times today.  The Joint Forces Operation (JFO) HQ reported this on Facebook.

“The enemy attacked the positions of Ukrainian Armed Forces eight time over 24 hours; they used the Minsk-banned weaponry seven times: 122 mm artillery and 120 mm and 82 mm mortar, 94 mines and shells”, - the report said.

Four Ukrainian soldiers of Armed Forces of Ukraine were wounded. Ukrainian soldiers stopped the fire by opening fire as well.

Earlier, as of Monday, February 18, there have been 41 Ukrainian army fighters held in captivity of the Russian terrorists in Donbas. Novynarnia news agency reported that publishing the Armed Forces PR department's response to the information request. 

Three servicemen have been captured since the beginning of 2019; over the entire 2018, the enemy captured four Ukrainian defenders.
